1. The Service
Elyne provides a personal-growth tool that helps users curate visual moodboards across nine spheres of life. Features, including Pinterest API integration, are offered on an "as is" basis while the product is in active development.
2. Accounts
Users authenticate through third-party providers (for example, Pinterest via OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your third-party account credentials. Elyne does not store third-party passwords.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the Service to infringe any third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
- You may not use automated means to harvest data from the Service or from Pinterest via the Service.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Elyne are owned by Elyne or its licensors. Pinterest content accessed through the Service remains the property of Pinterest and its users and is subject to Pinterest's own terms of service.
5. Changes to the Service
Elyne is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the website.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elyne is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
